From the two-bedroom Blue Gum to the four-bedroom Yellow Box, each cottage sleeps between four and eight and all sit within easy walking distance of the river. Every cottage is fully self contained: fully equipped kitchen, laundry with washing machine and dryer, living and dining areas, reverse-cycle air conditioning, unlimited Wi-Fi and cable TV, and a balcony with BBQ. Linen, towels and pantry basics are provided throughout — every cottage welcomes your dog at no extra charge. Yellow Box is wheelchair accessible, with a ramp from the carport to the house, a roll-in shower and an accessible main bedroom. Perfect for celebrating birthdays, anniversaries, and family reunions.

Yes. Dogs are welcome inside every cottage and there is no pet fee or surcharge. We ask that they stay off carpeted areas, furniture and bedding. Dog bowls, treats and poop bags are provided.
Rivers Edge, Yellow Box and Red Gum are fully fenced. Blue Gum and River Gum have enclosed balconies. Please keep an eye on your pets and close the gates behind you.
Yes. Yellow Box is our wheelchair accessible cottage. A ramp runs straight from the carport into the house, and the main bedroom and a large main bathroom are on the same level, both fully wheelchair accessible. The bathroom has a roll-in shower, grab rails and an accessible toilet. The two downstairs bedrooms share one standard ensuite.
Yes. Free EV charging is available to all guests, with two Tesla chargers and a universal EV charger on site.
Linen and towels are provided, along with tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper, oil, foil, cling wrap and paper towel. All you need to bring is your groceries. Tumut has both Coles and Woolworths, open until 10pm.
The minimum stay is 2 nights. It is 3 nights on long weekends, 4 nights at Easter and 5 nights between 15 December and 10 January.
